MobileRQ Company Privacy Policy

MobileRQ is committed to the protection of consumer privacy and to the clear communication to users about the collection and use of their information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use particular information. MobileRQ’s Privacy Policy applies to MobileRQ’s mobile products and services (our “Service”), and our company websites located at www.mobilerq.com, and app.mobilerq.com, (collectively, our “Websites”).

MobileRQ’s Business

MobileRQ is a mobile marketing company. We use our proprietary technology to offer mobile marketing solutions to our enterprise customers, which may include working with marketers to deliver their marketing content to these enterprise customers’ mobile applications (“Apps”).

Data Collected On Our Platform

MobileRQ collects data from across its Platform. This data, which may include anonymous identifiers associated with a mobile device, does not identify a user personally, and may come from a mobile apps or mobile web browsers. This is not PII information. We use it along with our technology platform for different uses like determining what type of mobile content appears on the phone or is presented on the mobile device as well as determining the frequency with which this content appears. We may also report to our enterprise customers on the type, frequency, anonymous audience types of viewed and clicked messages.

In-App Messages / Opting Out

MobileRQ works with its customers to provide mobile messages that are relevant to their in-app users. We use our technology, along with Non-PII related to the mobile device that can be gathered across different sources. For example, this may be things like mobile websites visited or mobile apps that the end user uses, preferences they may have provided to the app or to MobileRQ (as in a survey), or location information. MobileRQ defines this as relevant mobile messaging and content. Third-Party Content

We may provide mobile messaging that links to third-party sites, third-party content or other third-party apps (“Third-Party Content”). This Privacy Policy does not extend to Third-Party Content, or any services offered on Third-Party Content.

Data Collection On Behalf Of Third-Parties

We may, on behalf of our enterprise customers, collect information from end users. This may occur, for example, if someone submits information in response to marketing content that we provide on behalf of a client. Such information may consist of PII, non-PII, or both. In such situations, we collect the information and provide it to our client, and it will be subject to such client’s privacy practices.

Website Data Collection

MobileRQ is the sole owner of the information collected on our Websites. The information may consist of both Personally Identifiable Information (“PII”) and Non-Personally Identifiable Information (“Non-PII”). The purpose of its collection is to conduct business with current and prospective business clients. We do not sell or rent data collected via our Websites to other parties, but we may provide it to third-parties as necessary to conduct our business operations and for the performance of our Services with our customers. MobileRQ collects this data and uses it to provide requested information to prospective clients, to establish self-service messaging and publisher accounts, and otherwise as necessary to conduct our business. Our Websites may contain links to other websites, such as sites providing news coverage of the company, to partner sites for case studies, and to industry association sites of which MobileRQ is a member. MobileRQ is not responsible for the privacy practices of these third-party websites.

Children’s Privacy

MobileRQ is very sensitive to the issue of children´s privacy. MobileRQ’s websites, products, and services are not developed for, or directed at, children under the age of 13. If you believe your child has provided MobileRQ with personally identifiable data, or registered at one of MobileRQ’s websites, and you would like to have the data removed, please contact us using the contact info below.

Security

MobileRQ takes steps to protect the security of information that we collect. To that end, we have designed and deployed hardware, software, and networking solutions in an effort to reasonably secure and protect access to our systems and data.

Legal Disclaimer

We may need to disclose information, including PII, when in our good-faith judgment we are required to do so by law, or when such action is necessary to comply with a current judicial proceeding, a court order or legal process. We may also transfer all or some of the data discussed in this policy, in connection with a corporate merger, acquisition, sale of assets, bankruptcy, or other corporate change.

Changes to Privacy Policy

MobileRQ is committed to continually examining and reviewing its privacy practices, and may make changes to its Privacy Policy. In the event that any changes that we believe are material are made to the company’s privacy practices, we will post a revised Privacy Policy on this website.
